The Bit Fitter - Sophie Walker

Sophie Walker is a Dressage and Show Horse rider from the Central Coast, NSW, she has had multiple success in the show ring in rider and open classes at a national level.

Starting at an early age her passion for training, educating and successfully competing her horses has developed over the years into now breeding and producing her family Stud’s young horses at Niclins Park. Currently she is competing her 7 year old warmblood Niclins Park The Baron in all levels of Show riding and now venturing into the dressage world at Novice level. Also part of her Team making his debut this year is her 4 year old Warmblood Niclins Park Burberry, she will be starting his career in the Dressage 4 year old young horse classes as well as introducing him into showing as a Small Show Hunter Hack.

Since discovering Bomber Bits and the massive impact of using a correct bit has had on her horses performance and welfare, Sophie now has had both horses carefully and attentively fitted with their Bomber Bits each to suit. Niclins Park The Baron has had his second fitting graduating into a new titanium double bit set made up of a Weymouth titanium Happy Tongue and a Bridoon Titanium Elliptical. Sophie is really excited to be starting this year as a Team Bombers member and looks forward to a range of upcoming dressage and show competitions in her new bits.
