Lesley-Anne Taylor lives at Kurmond, west of Sydney, on her newly developed equestrian property. Early in 2012, she tragically lost the horse she refers to as her "soul mate", the magical black Weltklasse, who had been competing at Grand Prix level and is well-remembered for his inspiring freestyles.
At the moment, Lesley-Anne concentrates her riding on the glamorous Amicelli Gold, who she has trained from young horse classes. Amicelli is the most exciting and talented new Grand Prix horse in Australia. His strengths are a truly international piaffe and passage, huge half passes and an awesome extended trot — look out for them at any of the important dressage events around NSW and Victoria.
Lesley-Anne is also training Skansen Wotan, a huge gelding by her former Grand Prix stallion Welfenadel, whose progeny are winning in both Australia and Europe. Most recently, she imported Fermento, a stunning, young warmblood stallion from the Boeckmann family stud in Germany.
Lesley-Anne rides in a Kieffer Piet and wears the full range of ELT equestrian wear, from breeches and jackets to riding boots, which she loves for the brand's comfort, durability and style.
